6. User-Generated Content

Users may have the opportunity to submit, post, or otherwise contribute content to the services ("User-Generated Content"). By submitting User-Generated Content, you grant Treebarkmos a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User-Generated Content throughout the world in any media.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Treebarkmos is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any User-Generated Content for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or applicable laws. You acknowledge that we may monitor User-Generated Content but are not obligated to do so.

7. Payment Terms

Access to certain features of the services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping your payment information up to date.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but any changes will not affect your current subscription until the end of your billing cycle. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new pricing takes effect.

  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services;
  • Any content obtained from the services; and
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall Treebarkmos's total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

These Terms are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate these Terms at any time by discontinuing your use of the services and deleting your account. Treebarkmos may terminate these Terms and your access to the services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the services. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Termination of these Terms does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the date of termination.
